I switched to this rubber from Mark V. This rubber has plenty of speed and spin, but control is difficult, and aiming for the sides often ends up overshooting. It's soft, so the ball sinks in easily and spin is relatively easy to put on.

It draws a nice arc.
Because of that, it's easy to counter a topspin drive with a drive of your own.
You can also put a good amount of spin on your serves.
It's on the harder side, but easy to control.

The ball goes exactly where I want it to. It's very easy to control. I used it on my forehand and the amount of spin was more than enough.

The sound off the blade is especially nice. The Routis can be recommended even for people with small hands. I was torn between this and the Routis C to the point I nearly just flipped a coin, so I went with this one. It's listed as lightweight, but once you put rubber on it, it becomes a decent weight. It leans more toward speed than spin.

In terms of speed and spin it can't quite compete with some of the other rubbers in the XIOM lineup, but for control, this rubber is the best. I currently have it on my backhand, and it's much easier to use than the rubber I had before. Since it's soft, it's easily affected by the opponent's spin, but it lets you place your returns exactly where you're aiming.
