  It's a really cheap racket, so I bought both the ST and FL versions. The ST felt thicker and the FL felt a bit thinner, I think. At first the grip felt like it had a slightly slick finish, and I was worried the racket might slip out of my hand, but after one practice session it broke in nicely and actually became less slippery, so I liked it.
  The bounce is just right too — even though it's a 7-ply, now that plastic balls don't bounce as much, I think this level of bounce suits a really wide range of players.
  I bought mine online, and there was a 9g difference between the two rackets, and I could feel a difference in bounce, so this might be a racket with a lot of variation between individual units. If that matters to you, I'd recommend weighing it.

  とても安いラケットなのでSTとFL両方買いました。STは太めでFLは若干細いかな？と感じました。最初はグリップが少し滑る加工がされている感じがしてすっぽ抜けないか不安だったのですが一回練習で使ったらちょうどいい感じになじんで寧ろ滑りにくくなって気に入りました。
  弾みも丁度よく、7枚ですがプラボールで球が弾まなくなった今はこの弾みが凄く幅広い方に合うと思います。
  自分はネットで買ったので2本に9g差があり弾みに違いを感じたのですが個体差が出やすいラケットかもしれないです。気にする方は測ることをお勧めします。

  Altero

  

  This is my first time buying a straight grip from TSP. My old Nittaku Kasumi Basic was really slim, so the Altero feels pretty thick to me. I also have the Jun Mizutani ST, which is angular, but the TSP is rounded, not flat at all, and feels the most natural to hold. The one letdown is that the front and back sides feel slightly different in the hand, so I end up flipping it around to use it the "wrong" way. I guess that's just how it is even with Japanese-made blades, so I've let it go.

  The feel was softer than I expected. It seems easier to handle than the Swat, and it's easier to get spin on than a 5-ply like the Korbel. Despite that, it makes a nice high-pitched sound that feels really satisfying. This blade is a bit pricier than the Swat so it doesn't stand out much, but personally I think it's a hidden gem.

  TSPのストレートグリップを買ったのは初めてです。以前ニッタクのカスミベーシックが非常に細かったのかアルテロはかなり太く感じます。水谷隼STも持ってますがこちらは角ばっていてTSPは丸みがあって特に平べったいわけでもなく一番普通持ちやすく感じます。しかし少し残念なのが表と裏で微妙に握り心地が違うので反対にして使う羽目になっています。日本製でもだいたい違うので仕方ないと割り切りますが。。

  打球感は柔らかいと感じました。スワットより扱いやすい印象を受け、コルベルのような5枚合板よりも回転がかけやすく感じます。それなのに高めの音がして凄く気持ちいいです。このラケットはスワットより少し高いのであまり目立たない存在ではありますが個人的には隠れた名品だと思いました。

  I first put it on my forehand, and I was surprised that I could barely get any spin on my serves at all. I'd had Mark V HPS on the other side, and the difference was night and day. Topspin drives don't get much spin either, so the ball flies in a flat line - it gave me the impression that it's not suited for forehand use. On the other hand, for backhand use it strikes me as a solid rubber with no real weaknesses. The short game is easier to control than with other tension rubbers, and blocks and other meet-the-ball techniques are good too, plus it's easy to put spin on, so I thought it was a well-balanced rubber suited to any technique on the backhand. But once you become an advanced player, I imagine everything about it would start to feel lacking.

  最初フォアに貼ったのですがサーブで回転が全然かからなくて驚きました。マークVhpsを反対に貼っていましたが雲泥の差です。ドライブも回転があまりかからないので直線的に飛ぶイメージでフォアには向かないイメージでした。逆にバックに使うにはアナのない良いラバーな印象です。台上での操作が他のテンションラバーよりコントロールしやすくブロックなどミート技術も良くて回転のかけやすさもあるためバックならどの様な技術にも向いているバランスの良いラバーだと思いました。しかし上級者になってくると全てが物足りないでしょうね。

• Ventus Spin

  

  It's light for a spin-oriented tension rubber. Even in max thickness, a pair on both sides comes to just over 90g. I also think it's one of the easiest spin-oriented tension rubbers to put spin on. The bounce is a bit lower than Tenergy 64, but the feel is similar — it's free of quirks like the 05-series and should be an easy switch from a high-elasticity rubber.
  This is my favorite rubber, and the reason is that on weak-impact shots like short serves, this moderate bounce gives the best control over topspin, and because the sheet grips the ball so well, it produces the highest rate of opponents putting the ball into the net — which fits my style of table tennis where the serve is my main way of scoring points. The rubber is soft, so personally I'd recommend a 7-ply blade. The durability felt about average, maybe slightly on the short side.

  スピン系テンションでは軽めです。特厚でも両面で90g少しでるくらいです。またスピン系テンションの中では最も回転がかけやすいのではないかと思います。弾みはテナジー64より少し落ちますが打球感は似ていて05系のように癖がなく高弾性からも移りやすいかと思います。
  自分はこのラバーを一番気に入っているのですがショートサーブなど弱いインパクトの時にこの程よい弾みが縦回転がもっともコントロールできまた、シートの回転のかけ易さで相手がネットに落としてくれる率が一番高く、サーブを得点源にする自分の卓球に合っているのが理由です。ラバーは柔らかいのでラケットは7枚が個人的におすすめ。寿命は普通か若干短めに感じました。

  KASUMI BASIC

  

  This was the first racket I bought when switching from penhold to shakehand. At first, my topspin drive was stable and the grip was on the thicker side, so it felt just right and I liked it, but when I hit plastic balls, I felt the speed wasn't there. After that I tried the Korbel and understood the difference — this racket's center of gravity is more toward the grip. Coming from a long penhold blade, I felt like the centrifugal force wasn't transferring well, so I moved on from this racket, but I think it's great for people who like a grip-heavy balance. As a first racket, I'd recommend this one or the Ratica.

  ペンからシェークに移るときに最初に買ったラケットでした。最初はこれでドライブも安定するしグリップも太めでしっくりきていたので気に入っていましたがプラスチックボールで打ったときにスピードが乗らないと感じました。そのあとコルベルを打って特徴が分かったのですがこのラケットは重心がグリップよりにあります。今まで縦長のペンを使っていた自分からすると遠心力がうまく伝わらない感じがしましたのでこのラケットは卒業しましたが、グリップ寄り重心が好きな方にはいいと思います。最初に使うラケットとしてはこれかラティカをお勧めです。
