For a 5-ply blade, this bounces quite a lot. Of course it's easy to put spin on the ball, and it has that all-around versatility you get with a 5-ply blade, but it's also a blade that can keep up with modern, attacking table tennis!

As the title suggests, the fact that top players use this should give you an idea of just how excellent its performance is. It's a blade whose potential can vary a lot depending on the player.

For a carbon blade, the bounce feels a bit more restrained, I'd say. Of course it's still a bouncy blade, but it's easy to use, so I'd recommend it to intermediate players trying carbon for the first time!

This isn't one of those easy-to-use 7-ply blades that are trendy these days, lol. It has a strong old-school 7-ply feel - ease of use clearly wasn't the priority. But it has power that beats a 5-ply, which is what a 7-ply should be about. Personally, I quite like this blade!

It naturally has the kind of power only a single-ply can give, but on top of that it's this stable. It's amazing — rather than the ball just going in on its own, it flies exactly where you aim it! I really want beginner to intermediate players to try this one.
