I couldn't settle on a rubber for a long time and tried all sorts.
If you put a soft rubber on the backhand, forehand light taps make a hollow popping sound.
Just touching the ball doesn't send it anywhere, but hitting hard sends out a heavy shot - there didn't seem to be any middle ground.
Because of that, if you keep the blade flat your pushes really bite, and thanks to the flex you can expect powerful topspin drives too.

It's an expensive racket that's picky about rubber, but
if you're interested, I think it's worth trying.
