It takes quite a while for Kyo leopard pro 3 turbo blue and Cho leopard NEO 3 to rotate. But Pro 3 Turbo Blue has a hard sponge! I thought it was soft, but it was harder than I expected. I think that the speed is easier for NEO3 blue sponge to put out on its own. As for Tsutsuzuki, Pro 3 Turbo Blue can make more Tsutsuzuki rotation amount. The cut can also be made by the professional 3 turbo blue. It may be good for the cutman. You can cut quite a bit.
