There was also a period when I used Provincial Hurricane NEO3 Blue Sponge, so I'd like to compare it to that.
Both Hurricane Pro 3 Turbo Blue and Provincial Hurricane NEO3 get quite a lot of spin. But the sponge on the Pro 3 Turbo Blue is hard! I expected it to be soft, but it was harder than I thought. As for speed, personally I feel the NEO3 Blue Sponge is easier to get speed out of. For pushes, the Pro 3 Turbo Blue lets you put more spin on the push. Chops also bite better with the Pro 3 Turbo Blue. It might be good for choppers — you can get really biting chops with it. In conclusion, I thought this is the most chopper-friendly rubber in the Hurricane lineup.

I think this pairs incredibly well with Dignics 05! Every technique feels easy to pull off! There's really nothing to say except that it's just good.

Easy to control, and on top of that the speed is ridiculous! I'm planning to put it on my backhand!
It's pretty soft, so backhand drives are easy too, and the counter just feels really good!
    If you're a big fan of counter-hitting, I think it's worth buying.
But I wouldn't recommend it on the forehand side. For whatever reason, I got a lot of net misses on my forehand with it (though it may depend on the player), so I don't really recommend it there. My recommendation is the backhand!

A bit on the hard side. I was surprised how easy the counters were. You can also put solid spin on it, so personally I think it's the best. I think it's a perfect rubber for people whose strength is counter-hitting.

The spin it grips is insane! I was shocked (・・;) when I test-hit it. Like, "is this really how much spin it grips?" When I hit a loop drive, it drew a beautiful arc and landed from the middle of the opponent's court all the way to the back. The extension after the bounce is insane! When I hit a curve drive, it curved like crazy!
This is perfect for anyone who wants to win on sheer spin!
