It doesn't have much speed. Instead, it's easy to get spin with that grabbing feel, and the control is good.

Both the topsheet and sponge are on the hard side, but the ball comes out fast and travels in a flat, straight line.
The topsheet has good grip on the ball, but once the ball sinks into the sponge, it doesn't get much spin and doesn't arc much either.
