    This blade raises my whole game up a level.
    I used to use an outer-carbon blade, but in matches I'd tense up and make a lot of overshooting mistakes. Since switching to inner carbon, my shots somehow manage to land on the table now.
    Also, since the ball leaves the blade at just the right, slightly slow pace when I hit a topspin drive, I feel like I can really brush the ball properly.
    The only downside is that, since my hands are small, the grip feels big to me, and it took a while to get used to it.

    I stretched a bit and switched my backhand on my ALC-type outer blade from Vega Euro to Omega 5 Euro... but I couldn't find anything good about it at all...
    I also put it on the backhand of a ZLC-type outer blade but couldn't make it work...
    An inner ALC blade was no good either...
    When I block, the ball flies off way too far...
    Pushes and stops end up going long...
    Backhand drives don't get any spin...
    The ball leaves the rubber too fast for me, it just didn't work out...
    But
    when I tried it on the backhand of a slow, all-wood 7-ply blade, it was such a perfect match it felt great — really rock solid.
    Blocks stay on the table. Pushes cut well. Stops are controllable. Backhand drives go in (though there isn't much spin...).
    It's actually pretty great (-`ω-)b
    The only downside is that the market has shifted to Omega 7 as the main product now, so it's gotten hard to find in stores and I can't just grab one on the spot anymore...
    I've been looking for something similar but haven't been able to find it yet.……

    I used this on the backhand with an inner-carbon blade.
    How should I put it... it feels kind of difficult?
    In terms of performance, I think it's a product that hits right down the middle, but it's so much down the middle that it felt a bit hard for me to handle.
    Short game
    It's easy to do, but the ball floats up when I want to make fine, connecting shots. I have some skill, but it floats more than others...

    Backhand drive
    The spin is a bit lacking... but on the other hand it flies forward solidly, so I think it's perfect for power drives.

    Block
    It took some trial and error before I got used to it. It flies further than expected, so I think control is difficult.

    This would compare differently against something like the Omega 5 Euro or Hexer Grip SFX, but I think if you master it, it becomes a strong ally.
