My SWAT cracked, so I bought this one because it's an easy-to-use special material blade. It's light, so you can't expect much heft on the ball, but it's easy to put spin on. I really recommend it for anyone who wants to feel the ease of use of wood combined with the power of carbon! It's also faster than the SI in the same series, so I think this one has better balance.

After using this rubber for more than six months, my impression is that it has a "strange feeling" to it, haha. Specifically, for techniques where you catch the ball thin, like a closed-racket backhand drive close to the table, the DF effect kicks in and the ball grips a lot. There's plenty of spin, and the arc is high too. But when you hit a more flat-ish drive, the ball flies pretty straight and is less affected by spin. It was pretty hard to handle at first, but once you get used to it, it becomes a very powerful weapon. For example, following a thin loop drive with a flat backhand hit, or flicking on the backhand off a receive and turning it into a backhand-to-backhand rally.

These are my impressions from a test hit with a senior teammate's racket.
Hitting forehands, it felt just as hard as Hurricane, and gave a pretty intimidating impression. (But somehow I could still control it.)
When I hit a drive, the ball suddenly sank in and it startled me. The hardness felt about on par with G1. Every ceiling stat on this rubber is top-class, so as long as you have power, it turns into a terrifying rubber that still lets you handle the short game and control, while also flying fast with top-class spin.
The technique this rubber was easiest with was the counter. Even though the sponge is just as hard as Hurricane, the ball sinks in, so if you grab the ball it arcs in nicely, and if you snap it it's blazing fast — amazing performance!
Finally, I don't think your level matters for using this rubber. Anyone who's played table tennis for even a year can use it. I said "as long as you have power" earlier, but for students and young players, power comes naturally just from hitting the ball. It really just comes down to getting used to it. Rather than having middle schoolers try a bunch of rubbers and fail, I think it's better for them to start with this one and grow with it.
It's definitely worth more than the price. I want every table tennis player to try this at least once.

The sponge is on the firmer side, but the ball grips it really well, so you get plenty of spin and your drives really carry. The topsheet is soft, so there's nothing that felt especially hard to do with it. I used it on my forehand, and honestly, performance aside, it's just a rubber I love! I'll probably keep using it going forward. It works well for everyone from beginners to advanced players, so definitely give it a try!

Since the sheet is soft and doesn't slip, you get a lot of spin whether you graze the ball or sink it in. It feels closer to the Europe version than the Asia version. I'd recommend this if you find Europe a bit lacking, or if you're a junior high schooler struggling to find a backhand rubber.
