I use the Chinese-penhold version.
Since it's a 5-ply outer-carbon blade, it has a lot of bounce.
That said, compared to the Mace ALC (discontinued), which has the same construction, the bounce is a bit smaller.
In exchange, it's much easier to control.
The balance point sits relatively toward the tip of the blade, so it feels a little head-heavy, but if you're an adult who can swing reasonably well, it shouldn't bother you.
The cost is also reasonable for a blade with this kind of construction.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

Even though it's cheap, it doesn't feel like performance was compromised.
Compared to Vega Europe:
- Power-type drives are easier to hit
