I don't think this is really an advanced-level blade.
It's more for players who want to try a composite blade for the first time, players who didn't get along with carbon, or players who prioritize spin over speed.
It has CA fiber in it, but the feel isn't hard at all, so switching over from an all-wood blade shouldn't feel too different.
It's light, so you can pair it with a heavier rubber, or go with a lighter rubber to really speed up your swing.
Also, maybe thanks to the CA fiber, the control is really good.

Overall, I felt this suits players who focus on spin for both offense and defense, more than players who attack with speed close to the table.

I tried this on a Swat blade, and since it's a 7-ply blade it doesn't fly as much as a carbon blade to begin with, and being tacky on top of that, it really doesn't fly. On the flip side, that means the control is excellent.
Even swinging with full power, you don't have to worry about overshooting.
When hitting hard or in topspin rallies, it felt like it flew more than Hurricane.
When I step back from the table and swing all out, it just about lands a bit deep on the table. I'd recommend this to people who want to put heavy spin on their serves, people who tend to overshoot, and people who want more speed than Hurricane even in a tacky rubber.

I've only test-hit with the Q3 and Q5 from the Q series, so this might not be a fair comparison, but if you want spin, the Q4 is the best.
First, forehand hitting and drives feel pretty natural to switch into even coming from a different rubber. In particular, I personally feel the loop drive has more control and spin than any other rubber.
The short game takes a fair amount of getting used to. It has this Mizuno-specific way of imparting spin, and unless you really nail down the timing and angle, the ball can float oddly or only pick up half the spin you wanted. If you're used to the feel of cutting the ball with other rubbers, you might just have to accept that this one is completely different.

    Overall, I personally think it's a god-tier rubber.

The Zolya OFF blade is thin, so maybe that's why it matched well, but I get a strong sense that it's very easy to put spin on. It's not a rubber that produces some crazy amount of spin, but the feeling of putting spin on is clearly stronger than with other rubbers.
There's no technique I found particularly hard to do, but it doesn't fly as far as the Raygun. Even at max thickness, it might not fly as far as other rubbers at a thinner gauge. On the flip side, that means the ball lands on the table reliably. Chiquita, stops, pushes, and the like grip spin surprisingly well while still staying controllable within the table.
I'd recommend this rubber not so much for advanced players, but as a beginner's second rubber, or for someone who tends to overshoot because their current rubber flies too much.
