  The sponge is just slightly harder than GTT40, and I think that small difference is what makes it more versatile.
  It gives you a decent amount of speed, and thanks to the spin-friendly topsheet, you can hit pretty good drives. Pushes and the short game are stable, and serves cut reasonably well too. On the other hand, as other reviewers have mentioned, it tends to get pushed around by heavy shots and is affected by your opponent's spin, so blocks can be hard to keep under control.
  Once you've experienced a step-up tension rubber (like Hexer, Rakza, or Super Ventus), this can feel a bit lacking, but the value for money is excellent. I'd call this a standard rubber that covers everything from a beginner's first rubber to intermediate level.

  GTT40より僅かにスポンジ硬度が高め、この僅かな差が汎用性を高めていると思います。
  ある程度スピードが出て、回転量のあるトップシートのおかげでけっこういいドライブが打てます。ツッツキや台上は安定、サーブもそこそこきれます。一方、他の方もレビューされていますが球威には押されやすく回転の影響も受けるので、ブロックは収めにくさがあります。
  ワンランク上のテンション系（ヘキサーやラクザやスーパーヴェンタス）を知ってしまうと物足りなくなりますが、コスパは最高。初心者の1枚目から中級者までカバーできるスタンダードラバーだと思います。

  Sriver EL

  

  It's a classic go-to for beginners, but nowadays something like andro's GTT is easier to use and cheaper too, and I think it would let a beginner build the form and feel suited to modern table tennis better.
  I felt the Sriver series is actually more of a niche-fit rubber - pairing it with an off-beat rubber or using it for chopping, that kind of thing. You could turn the fact that it's fairly affected by the opponent's spin to your advantage, using a receive that keeps some of that spin on it to induce mistakes. Also, if you like a soft feel on contact, you'll probably love it.

  初心者向けの代表格ですが、今やandroのGTTとかの方が使いやすい上に安いですし、ビギナーが現代卓球に適したフォームや感覚を養えるのではないでしょうか。
  スレイバーシリーズは、むしろ異質ラバーと組み合わせたりカットで使うなど、ニッチなニーズにマッチするラバーではないかと思いました。相手の回転の影響をそこそこ受けるのを逆手にとって、回転が残ったレシーブでミスを誘うとか。あとソフトな打球感が好みならばハマると思います。

  HEXER POWERGRIP SFX

  

  I use it on both forehand and backhand. For its hardness, it has a lot of push-through power once it grabs the ball, and the ball has good extension.
  I have it on a blade with a hard surface, and I think that's probably a good match. On a blade with good ball-holding, it seems like it might grab the ball too much, causing power loss or getting overpowered by the opponent's spin.
  Of course, the grip on the ball is beyond complaint. The loop drive gets plenty of spin, and the speed drive is easy to vary between a high arc and a low trajectory. The short game is stable too, and spin serves are easy to put a lot of spin on.
  Depending on the user's physicality and blade, but up to intermediate level, I think this rubber combines plenty of power with ease of use. On top of being this good, it's also cheap, and I'm happy that it's lightweight too — 43g after cutting at 1.9 thickness!

  フォアとバック両面で使ってます。硬度の割に掴んでからの押し出しに力がありボールに伸びがあります。
  表板硬めのラケットに貼っており、たぶん相性がよいのだと思います。球持ちのよいラケットだと、掴みすぎてパワーロスしたり相手の回転に負けてしまいそう。
  もちろんグリップ力は文句なし。ループドライブの回転量は豊富、スピードドライブも高めの弧線から低めの弾道まで打ち分けやすい。台上も安定しますし、回転系サーブもきりやすい。
  ユーザのフィジカルとラケットにもよりますが、中級者までなら十分な威力と使いやすさを兼ね備えたラバーだと思います。これだけ優れていて、安いうえに、1.9厚でカット後43g！と軽量なのも嬉しい。

  TIMBER 5 OFF

  

  Here are my impressions after a month of use.
  The control is the best I've had. Cross-court shots from close to mid-distance go exactly at the angle and trajectory I want, and you still get decent speed, so attacking feels great.
  Where opinions will differ is spin and feel. Topspin drives are great, but the slightly thicker grip might be awkward for some people during the short game or serving. The softer feel is also something people may be split on.
  For me, the smooth material and slightly thicker grip fit my hand perfectly, but I'd personally prefer a feel with quicker ball release and a sharper, harder click. The basic performance is excellent, and factoring in the nice design too, I think it offers great value for money.

  一ヶ月使った感想です。
  コントロール性能は最強。前中陣からのクロスなど思い通りの角度と軌道で、そこそこスピードも出るから気持ち良く攻撃できます。
  好みで分かれるのはスピンと打球感。スピンはドライブは良いけれど、台上やサービスの時に、やや太めのグリップが扱いにくい人もいるかも。打球感が柔らかめなのも好みは分かれそう。
  自分はしっとり材質とやや太めのグリップは手にフィットして理想的でしたが、打球感はもう少し球離れよくカチンッと硬質な方が好み。基本性能は申し分ないので、デザインの良さも含めコスパは高いと思います。

  I think this is a solid standard rubber, great for beginners to lower intermediate players, and good value for money too. It has no bad habits and is easy to control, spin grips pretty well, and you can pull off topspin drives and pushes with a good amount of rotation. That said, it's hard to generate real power, the shots feel light, and the speed on flat hits and counters is a bit lacking. Maybe because it only comes in 1.6mm thick, it also tends to lose out against an opponent's powerful shots. I think once you get to a certain skill level, it'll start to feel lacking. If you're going with GTT, I think you might as well start with the 45 right away.

  初心者～初級者に最適、コスパも高いスタンダードラバーだと思います。クセがなくコントロールしやすい、スピンはなかなかよくかかり、回転量のあるドライブやツッツキも可能。ただボールの威力は出にくく球質が軽く、ミートやカウンターのスピードももう一歩。1.6厚しかないからか相手の球威にも負けやすい。ある程度デキるようになると物足りなくなるとは思います。GTTなら最初から45で良いと思います。
