Over 2 years of using inverted rubber on my backhand, I've tried several kinds, and Rakza 7 Soft was about medium hardness.
On half-volleys and drives against topspin, even if I get the angle of the blade slightly wrong, the rubber somehow catches the ball and gets it back onto the opponent's side of the table. Rubbers like that tend to lack power, but Rakza 7 Soft doesn't have that problem much — the power you put in comes back as power (though of course its ceiling is lower than a harder rubber).
On the other hand, I don't have any particular trouble with drives over the table or against backspin, but for some reason the spin is mediocre. It seems like it needs some adjustment.
As the backhand rubber on the reverse side of a penhold-with-pips blade, it felt like a supplementary rubber for creating chances, but since the great Ma Lin used it, I think it must be pretty close to the right choice.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This is a review for penhold pips-out play.
It's a 5-ply wood blade, and the material and thickness are its distinguishing features. The core and the plies next to it are thicker than the same brand's Legacy Carbon, which uses the same wood, so even though it's a thin blade, it has relatively good bounce. It's marketed as a blade for women, but it doesn't come across as a mild, tame blade at all. I felt the balance was excellent at a high level, and I think it would shine at close to mid-distance. As a penhold pips-out blade, it makes a satisfying sound and flies well when you punch the ball, and it flexes nicely when you want to graze it, so I'd definitely recommend it. Personally, since the blade is light, I'm a bit concerned that putting rubber on both sides, or a heavy rubber, shifts the balance point away from the grip. It's meant for pips-out play, but the bounce is strong close to the table and in the short game, so I think this is a blade to try once you've built a solid foundation with pips and locked in your technique and tactics.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

I'd been practicing my backhand for a year with Fastarc S1 and had gotten a general feel for handling it, so I switched to this one hoping for even more spin. The hardness went up, and my counters and handling of backspin improved. I sometimes use a flat, pushed-in hit close to the table, and with this rubber the speed dropped a bit compared to S1, but the ball still lands properly on the table with a bit of a knuckleball-like flight, which makes for a pretty nasty ball quality (though it might actually be good for a short too, lol).
I found it hard to put spin on backhand serves, but I was able to make up for that with practice. There's no technique in particular that's especially hard to do, so overall it's a good rubber once you get used to it. That said, for advanced players who can generate strong spin and hit flat, I think it would feel lacking on the forehand — I'd call it a backhand-only, stability-focused rubber.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
