To sum it up first, this is genuinely a great rubber. Let me go through it point by point.

    :Speed:
Out of all the rubbers I've used, this is one of the easiest to generate speed with.

    :Spin:
This is honestly on another level.
Even when you don't feel like you're putting in that much spin, your opponent still ends up hating it, so loops really bite with spin, which I think cuts down on situations where a connecting ball gets smashed easily.

    :Control:
Since the hardness isn't that high, I don't feel like control is difficult, and the ball settles on the table well.
But when I hadn't played table tennis in a while, I did notice more long misses, and the ball tends to fly a bit.

That's my personal take on the rubber.
But the biggest caveat is that if your actual skill doesn't match up, this rubber will just make you beat yourself. There was someone in middle school using Tenergy, but I don't think people without solid fundamentals should use it.
It really is a rubber that flies, and one where spin is everything, so if you don't even have the feel for generating spin in the first place, it's wasted on you.
So keep in mind this is all from an intermediate player's perspective.
If you're a beginner and curious about Tenergy, I think it's fine to start with Rozena first.
