I tried this with thick sponge on both sides.
First thing I want to say is that, for me, this was way easier to use than Rozena.
Rozena has more bounce and flies further than you'd expect, but Roundell has less bounce than Rozena - though not so little that it feels dead, more like a nicely balanced amount of bounce, so I'd really recommend it to people on their second or third rubber and beyond!
The speed is so-so, but the spin performance is decent, and I felt it was an all-rounder that handles pushes, drives, smashes, and blocks all in good balance.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I test-hit it with max thickness on both sides.
The hardness is listed as 47.5° ±, so I thought it might be on the firm side, but it was softer than I expected and easy to use.
Speed: good
Spin: excellent
Stability: good
Smash: good
Drive: excellent
Push: fair
Block: good
The drive has good stability, but pushes tend to float up a little? Other rubbers might be better for pushing. That said, the stability is very good overall and the drive performance is the best, so I highly recommend it for intermediate players.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Mark V is a super famous, classic entry-level rubber. I test-played it with Mark V (thick) on both sides — I can genuinely recommend it to beginners just starting out, but I can't recommend it to intermediate players or people on their third rubber and beyond.
Its speed and spin are those of a very old rubber, so it falls short of modern rubbers, but its control and blocking performance still hold up against modern rubbers. If an intermediate player is going to use it, I'd recommend using it specifically for its blocking performance.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft
