  • Mark V

    User review

Mark V is a very famous and classic introductory rubber, and I tried it with Mark V (thick) on both sides. I really recommend it for beginners who have just started playing table tennis, but I don't recommend it for intermediate players or those who are using their third or subsequent rubbers.
The speed and amount of spin are inferior to modern rubbers because it is an old rubber, but the control and blocking performance are comparable to modern rubbers, so if an intermediate player uses it, I recommend using it for the blocking performance.

I tried it with the extra thick rubber on both sides.
The hardness is listed as 47.5°±, so I wondered if it was hard, but it was softer than I thought and easy to use.

The drive is stable, but the push floats a little? Maybe other rubbers are better for push. However, it is very stable and has excellent drive performance, so it is highly recommended for intermediate players.

  • Roundell

    User review

I tried it on both sides.
First of all, I want to say that it is easier to use than the Rosena, which I personally think is amazing.
Rosena has more bounce than I expected and flies, but the Roundel is less bouncy than Rosena, but it's not so much that it doesn't bounce at all, it's just the right amount of bouncy, so I highly recommend it for people who use rubbers for the second or third time onwards!
The speed is a bit low, but the rotation performance is decent, and I thought it was an all-rounder that could be well balanced for push shots, drives, smashes, and blocks.
