Nagaoka Municipal Gymnasium

: Nagaoka Municipal Gymnasium. It has a large arena, a small arena, a martial arts hall, meeting rooms, a Japanese-style room and a dedicated apparatus gymnastics practice room. Membership cards can be used interchangeably with the Nanbu, Hokubu, Mishima, Nakanoshima and Shinsan gymnasiums.

Closed: 3rd Monday of each month (the following day if it falls on a public holiday), and the year-end and New Year period

Fees: Individual use fee (single-visit ticket): 150 yen for adults, 100 yen for people with disabilities and their carers, 50 yen for elementary and junior high school students (discounts available with multi-visit tickets, membership cards, etc.)
Training room: 400 yen for adults, 300 yen for people with disabilities and their carers, 200 yen for junior high school students
Table tennis (group equipment use fee): 100 yen per set per session
