: Butterfly Table Tennis Dojo opened in April 1983 and is run with three aims: strengthening Japan's young players, broadening the base of the sport, and international exchange.
It is a dedicated table tennis dojo with 2,500-lux lighting and specially selected flooring materials and construction methods, all chosen with the characteristics of the sport fully in mind.
It accepts students from within Japan and from countries all over the world (already more than 50). It is also used by ladies' classes and by table tennis enthusiasts from the entertainment world, centered on the Rakugo Table Tennis Club, and has featured in television, radio and magazine coverage, working on both fronts to spread the sport.

Chiba-kun Rakugo table tennis club is also active.

It is a table tennis ground which is open at butterfly (Tamas Co., Ltd.). Here, Mr. Tagusa of the first president is released to spread table tennis. Nonetheless, it is also a place to collect magazines called table tennis reports and a lot of top players gathered, so if you do not make a reservation for quite a long time, we have booked quite a bit later. It is also a practice base for Rakugo table tennis club (famous people such as smiley point master and Fukutoshi Akira announcer). Producing a lot of top players, the tenazy now used by many players is a product of butterfly. Why do not you visit a dojo that is also a sacred place for table tennis players.

バタフライ(タマス株式会社)で開放している卓球場です。ここは初代社長の田益さんが、卓球の普及のためにと解放しています。とはいえ、卓球レポートという雑誌の取材や、たくさんのトッププレーヤーの集まる場所にもなっていますので、かなり前から予約をしないとかなりあとまで予約が入っています。らくご卓球クラブ(笑点のこんぺい師匠や福留明アナウンサーなど有名な方)の練習拠点にもなっています。たくさんのトッププレーヤーを輩出し、今、多くの選手に使われているテナジーはバタフライの製品です。ぜひ、卓球選手の聖地でもある道場へ足を運んでみませんか。
