I've been using Tibhar blades on and off for a long time now, and what they all have in common is a soft feel.
This time I bought a Dyneema-Zylon blade for the first time. I've had a chance to test-hit Zylon-based blades before, and back then they flew way too far (my swing was too slow to control it), but maybe because of the soft feel, this one doesn't fly too much.
That doesn't mean drives and other shots come out slow, though — hit it cleanly and you get a ball with a lot of carry.The feel reminds me a bit of the Ai Fukuhara PRO or the Liu Shiwen blade.
Now, as for the rubbers I paired it with — both tension rubbers and slightly tacky rubbers give you plenty of spin and speed. I usually run a tension rubber on the forehand and a Chinese rubber on the backhand, but swapping them to the opposite sides felt fine on either blade side too.
One more thing — maybe it's just something I need to get used to, but blocks seem to bounce a bit too much, so I've been overshooting more, though I think that's something I can adjust for.
From the second half of August I'm planning to try an even softer tension rubber around 42 degrees — Rakza 7 Soft and DNA S.
Overall, I'd recommend this to players who want to play a stable game of table tennis while still bringing some power.

This is my first time using a Tibhar blade, and I was surprised by how soft the feel is.
If you put on soft rubber it makes a hollow "poc-poc" sound, so opinions will probably be split on that.
I think you get the best out of this blade with rubber that's medium hardness or firmer.
