      I felt like the SK7 Classic flew a bit too much, so I tried this blade instead. How much it flies is somewhere between the SWAT and the SK7. It's light, in the low 80-gram range, and the grip is easy to hold too. The feel is free of any quirks, and the price is cheap, so it's worth trying for anyone attempting their first 7-ply blade, anyone who feels their current 7-ply is too heavy, or anyone who feels carbon blades bounce too much. Personally, I think this is a masterpiece that stands shoulder to shoulder with popular 7-ply blades like the SWAT, SK7, Fortius, and Clipper Wood.

      It has a good reputation, so I tried it out.
      The feel is best when you're just bouncing the ball on the blade, and next best is the feel of power drives and meet-shots, which come through with a good sound and a moderate sensation in the hand — good feel. This part has the goodness typical of a great 7-ply.
      On the other hand, receives and blocks are hard to keep on the table, and pushes and serves tend to float up for some reason. That never happened to me with harder 7-plies or special-material blades, so this was an unexpected downside.
      Also, someone named Darker mentioned on social media that the hollow, empty feeling had been resolved, but even so, it's not exactly a dense, solid feel either (lol). Though asking for that much at this price point might be greedy. It has good value for money, but I think it's a 7-ply that surprisingly divides opinion.

      This is a really easy-to-use 7-ply blade.
      Kira Matsushima's dad recommended it on his blog, and it's a blade that makes total sense once you try it.
      Carbon users might find it a bit lacking, but I'd really like wood-blade users to give it a try at least once.
