NO.1 table tennis review site

I switched from the Defensive Classic. The first thing I noticed was that the core of the blade feels strong. It also has a bit more bounce. It's also less affected by the opponent's spin, so I can chop the way I want. I felt that chopping might be hard to keep stable if you're new to being a chopper. The ball's trajectory is also fairly flat and straight, which I also felt makes it unsuited for beginners. As for who it suits — if you want to chop your own way without being thrown off by the opponent's spin, or want to keep chopping even when pushed back from the table, this racket might be for you. Of all the rackets I've used, attacking was the easiest with this one. Thanks to this racket, I've been able to get into an advantageous position in matches too.
If your current racket starts feeling like it's not quite enough, I think it's worth giving this one a try.

My main racket is the Koji Matsushita ZC, and while the feel isn't bad, it wasn't the best for me, so I tried buying the Li Chang.
The feel is soft, close to the old Matsushita Pro Model I used to use, and it felt great to hit with.
It has quite a bit of bounce, so I think you'd have a hard time keeping your topspin drives in check without adjusting with your rubber choice. In my case, a tacky tension rubber flew farther than I expected, so switching to a low-bounce tacky rubber made it just right.
It's a bit pricey for a wooden chopper blade, but I think it's a racket I can recommend to anyone looking for a feel close to the Matsushita Pro Model.
