This is a 5-ply wood blade with Izanas fibers incorporated into the inner layer, and the back is unlaminated. The feel of hitting the ball is very close to that of a 5-ply wood blade, and table techniques such as stops are stable. On the other hand, when hitting hard, the material allows for powerful shots. I have only ever used short pimple rubber, so I don't know how much spin it has, but I feel it is easy to put spin on. The round shape II makes it easy to switch between rubbers, which is also a plus. Overall, I am very satisfied and hope it doesn't get discontinued.
