NO.1 table tennis review site

My setup:
Forehand → NUZN50, thick (2.0)
Backhand → Rasanter R48, medium-thick (1.7)

Since this blade has a flat, direct trajectory, I picked these rubbers to go with it.
My impressions: on the forehand, first of all you can draw a really solid arc, and the ball lands deep on top of that.
Left-right control is also easy to manage.
One thing to watch out for is that both the blade and rubber fly a lot, so you need to be careful not to overswing.
Also, when pushing (tsutsuki), the trajectory comes out a bit low, so it's worth adjusting your swing with that in mind.

For the backhand, if I stretched a 2.0 on, it would end up heavier than the NUZN, so I went with 1.7 instead.
As for the feel when hitting, thanks to the blade you can really sink the ball in and drop it deep on the table.
Spin is also very easy to generate
The short game is pretty easy to handle too.
Adjusting length and placement side to side isn't bad either
The one thing I noticed is that, since the rubber is thin, light taps don't fly much, and blocks tend to get pushed back

That's about it, I think?
Total weight with side tape applied is 180g, which makes it very easy to swing, and I'm really happy with it

I originally liked and used Tamas's ZLC for the feel on contact, but then I found a thin-ply inner blade from andro, and even though it's pricey, buying it turned out to be exactly the right call!!
It also pairs amazingly well with New Zone 55!!

Drives, serves, power — everything's gone up, and I think I'll be sticking with this blade for a while! Lol

I think this is a fantastic blade.
It performs well enough that I find myself wishing I'd had it back when I was actively competing. I personally play a one-shot-kill style with a fast rubber, Rasanter V47, on my forehand, but when I had a chopper friend of mine test it, they said that as long as you have the technique, it can work reasonably well for pretty much any playing style. As the description says, it holds the ball very well, so it's the top recommendation for players looking for stability.
For rubbers, I'd recommend a high-tension rubber on the forehand and a slightly tacky rubber on the backhand.

Even though it's an inner blade, I liked that the ball comes off quickly.
It has strong bounce and stability, and strong spin power — the ball starts spinning almost instantly on contact.
Even though I'm using a slightly tacky rubber, the ball still goes in deep.
This is a blade I'd recommend to players who value ball-holding feel and touch.
