    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveThe paddle combines bounce with ball control, allowing players good at imparting spin to hit fast and stable balls. It's an excellent paddle for switching from composite materials.
▽ CriticalPoor feel at impact and a center of gravity biased toward the tip make it feel heavier than expected.

    • (Experience:6〜10 years) A rare 7-ply wood with a Viscaria-type grip.

      Player reviews

I used the FL89.8G. With extra-thick binding on both sides, the weight is 182.3G.

The blade thickness is 6.5mm, which is standard for a 7-ply blade, but its distinguishing feature is that the grip is almost identical to that of a Viscaria.

It's slightly thicker, but many enthusiasts appreciate that the grip doesn't move around during changes of direction and that it's easy to control the backhand face.

It has sufficient bounce, but the poor feel and center of gravity are concerning.

In particular, the center of gravity is quite far towards the tip, feeling as heavy as a 190G Innerforce ALC.

      It's clearly heavier than a 184G Revoludia.

If you're looking for a 7-ply blade with a thicker grip, give this a try.
