Iga (Experience: 2〜3 years) Recommended for moving up from a 5-ply blade!

      Player reviews

I've been using this as my main blade for a year now.
I found the ball-holding to be good and spin easy to put on. When putting on pips rubber, I think it's better to go with at least a thin thickness or more.
The grip is almost the same as the Souten, thin and easy to hold.
I want to keep getting better with this blade going forward.

I like 7-ply plywood (Experience: 11〜20 years) Grips the ball incredibly well

      Player reviews

Since this is a blade supervised by Hina Hayata, as someone who likes 7-ply blades, I went with the E2 over the H2.
It's really specialized for that "grip the ball" feeling.
Drives are easy to put on, and it stays put nicely for the short game too, so it's very easy to handle.
Of course it also has speed on strong hits, so I think it's an all-around blade that can do everything.
The grip (flared) isn't too thick either, so it's a shape that's easy for women to hold too.
The price is kept reasonable as well, and it's definitely a blade I'd want beginners and intermediate players to try.
