I used this when I joined the table tennis club, and the basic techniques were easy to pick up.
However, I wasn't too satisfied with the spin ability. Lobbing was fairly easy to do.

I found an old one I used to use and tried it out — for a 5-ply blade at this price, I felt it bounced quite well. However, personally I felt the feel didn't match well with hard rubbers. I think it's a pretty good racket, so please give it a try.

This racket has good control and is suited for beginners.
The downsides are that it doesn't generate much spin and the speed is a bit slow,
