This blade has everything a beginner or intermediate player needs to hit and spin the ball with their own power — it's easy to handle, easy to put spin on, and transmits your power well. On top of that the overall balance is really good, and at a list price of 4500 yen it's close to the budget range. That's why you can use this blade cheaply for a long time — you can even afford to put a slightly nicer rubber on it. Its biggest selling point is that, even though pips and anti rubbers take a bit of getting used to, it has this incredible ability to match well with any rubber. As a result, it seems like there are schools where almost everyone uses this blade, except for choppers. That said, if you've used a lot of different blades, I think you might feel it's a bit lacking. In that case, it helps to raise your swing speed or find a rubber that works well together with it. I've gotten past that by increasing my swing speed.

I used this with a Levante and Grand rubber combo when I first started playing table tennis.
Control is excellent, but personally I wasn't a big fan of the speed and spin. Still, since it's easy to control, you can consistently return even hard-to-handle balls.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

The combination with Vega Intro is insane. I think pairing it with Vega Intro increases both the spin and the speed, so if you're going to buy it, I'd recommend this combination.

I bought this for the first time when I started playing table tennis. (Still using it now)
The control performance is really high for this price, and it has a decent amount of speed too, but it's hard to get spin on, and backspin serves can end up as knuckleballs or come out weak. Overall, I think it's a very easy-to-use racket that's good for the price. But the spin is quite weak, and rather than getting a really sharp backspin serve, it can end up more knuckleball-ish. (This depends on the skill of the person using it.)
That said, the control is outstanding, and I think it's control that stands out for this price range. I think it's an easy-to-use, easy-to-swing, good racket. I wouldn't recommend hard rubber. Since the racket itself doesn't generate that much spin, it might be better to focus on building up speed instead.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Soft
