This is my first blade, so I can't really compare it to others, but I'll write my impressions anyway. It's a plain 5-ply wood blade, so there's nothing special to say about spin, but the blade is quite compact, so it's very light and easy to swing through. Because of that, even beginners can generate power and speed with it, and it really feels like a beginner's blade. I'd recommend it as a stepping-stone blade, but I think as your skills improve you'll start to feel its limits. Also, the grip is fairly thin, so switching between forehand and backhand may be easy, but people with larger hands might find it hard to hold. There's nothing outstanding about its performance, but that's exactly why I think it's a good blade for developing your skills.
