On its own, the blade is set up to be lively, but if you go with a lighter rubber on the forehand, the backhand still has enough control to hold back.
When you're counterattacking, the power is more than enough.
The feel of the 7-ply hinoki is addictive, but since it's discontinued, I think finding a replacement is going to be a struggle...Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft
