The power of high-hard natural wood "better"! This racket has to sand the "law of the tree" material in the center of the five plywood. This "law of the tree", because of very hard wood, and generates a very strong repulsive force. Therefore, those who prefer a fast ball away and is the perfect racket for those who do not want too much response to the sphere species of the impact from the other party.

For a wooden blade, this is really bouncy.
I'd put it around the upper end of Mid-Fast to the lower end of Fast.The blade is thin, so you get a sense of the ball sinking into it, but at the same time it has a solid core feel and doesn't lose out on power.
It's like a Korbel Speed made harder, with more bounce.It's hard and quick off the blade, as you'd expect from 7 plies, but it grips the ball beautifully, so the consistency on meet-style shots is outstanding.
If you're putting on inverted rubber, I'd recommend something a bit softer, or a rubber that emphasizes holding the ball.
I put on a Spin Tension at German hardness 47, and it flew off a bit too fast.
Next I tried 45, and the spin and speed matched up into a really nice drive.
Armstrong is known for the Attack 8 series, but on the blade side of things they're pretty minor.
The Houou itself has been out for decades already, but I was surprised to find such a hidden gem that still holds up perfectly well in modern table tennis.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard
