    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Nearly all reviewers give the highest ratings, praising the unique rebound and reflect force from the 10.5mm thickness, and the quality of hinoki wood. However, difficulty in control and blocking are cited as challenges, with consensus that high technical skill is essential.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • High rebound coefficient and unique bounce from 10.5mm thickness
    • Superior hinoki wood texture and beautiful grain pattern
    • Significant weight variation and individual differences between units
    • Difficult control in blocking and close-range play
    • Ideal weapon for skilled penhold attackers
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveThe 0.5mm difference is dramatic and addictive. It guided me through the second chapter of my single-ply racket journey. It's the ultimate racket.
▽ CriticalSpeed is exceptional but control is difficult to achieve. Blocking bounces too much, requiring extensive practice to master.

I use the Dyna Beat 10.5mm, which is almost the same blade as this one.
I used to think VICTAS's hinoki single-ply blades were kind of inconsistent, but after hearing about the Dyna Beat's product details and manufacturing process from a shop staff member back then, I stopped considering any other blade and only use the Dyna Beat for hinoki single-ply. My Dyna Beat has tight, even grain and weighs 111g, so I ended up with a really great piece of wood. I was also able to pick a 109g spare, so even though it's discontinued now, I've kept using the Dyna Beat all along. I'd guess this Special Dynam 10.5 is probably the same, but I prefer the Dyna Beat's weight, grip feel, and the way it feels on the swing, so I'll stick with it for now.
That said, if I absolutely had to switch blades, I'd pick this Special Dynam.

      Kurohashi (Experience: 11〜20 years) Amazing?

      Player reviews

It's amazing, but the control is definitely hard to manage. The speed is insane and the spin is great too. Since it's a single-ply blade, the feel is really good.

Ordinary cutman (Experience: 2〜3 years) Now I get why Tsubasa Moriya uses it!

      Player reviews

I tried this equipment because it's what Tsubasa Moriya uses.
The ball sinks into the sponge nicely and it's easy to generate power!
You can send the ball flying even with a light touch!
I also felt it was easy to get power on flat hits!
It probably depends on the rubber, but it grips the ball well, so stops are easy to do!
Chiquita, which is a technique unique to Japanese penhold, is easy to pull off with this!
This is equipment I really want all Japanese-penhold users to try!
If you have some money to spare, why not give it a try!
