On the opponent's short serves you can push it in low over the net, and if you time it well on long serves too, you can chop it back with spin. If you get the angle right on chops, they'll go in most of the time (that's a matter of skill).
I think it would be pretty tough to start out as a chopper using this as your first rubber. I'd recommend using it after you've gotten used to long pips.
It's definitely hard to use, but it's an extremely good rubber. I think this is a rubber where the pros and cons are both very pronounced.

Chops are consistent with this. It's extra thin, so no matter how hard you're hit, you won't overshoot. Knuckle chops wobble nicely.

It's easy to produce both "sharply spinning chops" and "wobbly knuckleballs"!

Easy to push and easy to chop.
And just easy to use overall.
The thinner it is, the easier it is to use.
If you chop with proper basic form, it really bites into the ball. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Of course it has the basic long pips character - you can use the opponent's spin against them, and block it if you go against it.
But what makes this rubber appealing is that with a bit of skill, it's very easy to produce your own knuckleballs or add/kill spin yourself, like a no-spin chop or a cutting push. The push especially can cut the ball enough to overturn the assumption that "pips pushes are always knuckleballs," and if you just block it flat you get a clean knuckleball too. You can also put a bit of spin on long serves coming to your backhand, which makes this a strong weapon against opponents who know how to play against chop.
The downside is that because this rubber is so stable, if you stick rigidly to basic form and play mechanically, every shot ends up half-hearted. It's important to consciously control whether you're adding or killing spin yourself.

Overall this is a stable, easy-to-use rubber, but what really stands out is how easy it makes pushing and cutting the ball. I used to think you needed a thicker sponge on long pips to push well, so I'd used the extra-thin version, but with this rubber even the super-extra-thin version was plenty. Just in terms of push performance, it's a step above other long pips rubbers. In actual matches, even when I got pushed up to the table and had to return with a push, or when we were grinding out a pushing battle, it became much harder for my opponent to smash right away.
Chops are easy to keep under control and they bite well. But it's not the type that automatically varies or bites just from making contact. I think it falls a bit short of other variation-focused long pips rubbers in that regard. Well, the upside of this rubber is that you can actively cut knuckle-ball type shots yourself, so maybe that trade-off can't be helped.
Personally, I'd recommend this to someone who cares more about not letting the opponent smash comfortably in the first place, rather than someone who wants to keep returning the opponent's hard hits with a slicing chop. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I used to use Curl P-4, but after switching to this one, my chops started biting a lot more.
My pushes also cut consistently now, and I've kept using Feint Long ever since. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
