It doesn't have much speed, but in exchange it's an incredibly easy rubber to use. The ability to generate spin is genuinely important as you develop in table tennis. If you want to force that feel to improve quickly, using a tacky rubber is the fastest shortcut! It's definitely a beginner-friendly rubber!

I got to try a junior teammate's rubber, and first of all, it's specialized for spin performance — serves and drives get plenty of spin.
Also, chopping is the best part; it's incredibly consistent. Smashes are decent, and thanks to the 21 sponge, you get real power.
Honestly, I think it offers better value for money than Mark V.
I think it's an all-around rubber that works for spin-focused beginners, aggressive choppers, and even intermediate to advanced players if you use the thick version.
The tackiness fades if you don't use a protective sheet, so you'll want to be careful about how you store it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

For better or worse, it's an easy-to-handle, mild-mannered rubber.
It's great for spin and control, so if you want an easy-to-handle TSP rubber, I'd recommend this over Triple Spin. That said, the marketing describes it as an all-rounder that also works for close-to-the-table and topspin drive players, but I wouldn't recommend it to players who hit hard and aggressively.
It was originally designed with speed glue in mind, so the speed feels lacking. You can make up for some of that with the right blade, but there's no real need for a close-to-the-table or drive-heavy player to bother with this rubber.I'd recommend it to defensive-minded choppers and blockers, or to spin-focused beginners, rather than aggressive players.

It's an all-round type rubber that doesn't bounce all that much. Still, it doesn't really have any drawbacks, and I'd recommend this one for beginners. It's a rubber you can use to pick up all kinds of techniques.
