I mainly use it for defense. It's easy to use for backhand blocks and pushes! That said, it flies quite a bit, so watch out for overshooting on blocks. It's also easy to use for backhand attacks! It's pretty versatile!

I used the red medium-hardness version on my backhand. The sponge is soft, so the ball sinks in, and it felt like the blade itself was doing the flicking when I hit it. Because of that, the feel on drives wasn't great. Flat hits were fast and controllable, which was nice. Pushes were stable.

Neither the spin nor the speed is particularly high-level, but on the backhand it's easy to control, and you can throw off your opponent with counters.
That said, it's too soft for the forehand, and I'd want more speed out of it there.All Speed Spin Control

The speed is decent, but the spin is kind of lacking…
I think it works on both the forehand and backhand for beginners. (I used it myself too)
It's also good for intermediate players looking for stability on the backhand.All Speed Spin Control

I borrowed this from a junior teammate who uses it on the backhand of a Swat.
First off, both the sheet and sponge are soft, and the ball sinks into it beautifully!
You often see reviews saying it doesn't produce much spin, but for this type of rubber, I'd say it actually spins quite a lot.
The drive comes out surprisingly fast and powerful for a high-bounce rubber.
The smash is neither good nor bad, nothing special either way.
It does fly, that's for sure.
But over the table it's a completely different story — that high-bounce character shows up, and both pushes and stops
are excellent if you can read and account for the spin.
The chiquita is pretty decent too.
It's on the lighter side, so I think it suits women or elementary/junior high schoolers who want to keep their blade light.
That said, I personally felt the normal Rise was a bit lacking.
I think the combo of Rise Speed on the forehand and Rise on the backhand
is a good setup for a beginner who's still developing their game.All Speed Spin Control

I used to have this on my forehand too, but it doesn't really suit the forehand. The drive dips down nicely, but if you don't brush it properly, the spin ends up lacking. On the backhand, though, it's really easy to use — the smash has speed, the control is good, you can drive with it, you can vary the pace on your pushes, and you can do chiquitas, backhand drives over the table, and flicks too. On the backhand its ability is second to none!! So I'd recommend it for the backhand!!
