  I switched because I wasn't satisfied with Mark V's bounce. Playing further back from the table isn't a problem either. I'm very happy with how good the balance is. Coming from someone who's used Tackiness for a long time, the way modern tension rubbers really jump out feels a bit strange to me. Even so, this matched perfectly with my need for power that fits modern table tennis. What really stands out is how good the bounce is. Everything else depends on your own ability. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy table tennis through their own skill, rather than relying on some special performance from the rubber.
  When you look through a catalog, it's easy to get drawn in by rubbers advertised as high performance, but taking on Tenergy or Rakza with a basic rubber like this is the most fun there is!

  マークVの弾みに満足できずに乗り換えました。台から下がってのプレーも苦になりません。バランスの良さにたいへん満足しています。長らくタキネスを愛用してきた感覚からすると、最近のテンション系の飛び出しは違和感が拭えません。それでも、現代卓球に適応する威力がほしい、そんなニーズにぴったりマッチしました。特筆すべきは弾みの良さ。それ以外は自分の力量次第です。ラバーの特殊な性能に依存するのではなく、自分の力で卓球を楽しみたいという方にオススメします。
  カタログを眺めていると高性能をうたったラバーに目を奪われ勝ちですが、こういった基本ラバーでテナジーやラクザに対抗するのが最高に楽しいのです！

  Ochimusha Driveman

  

  I borrowed this from a friend to try (thickness: medium, blade: Butterfly Exter IV). First off, it's light, which is great. The bounce is moderate and the control is good. I'd recommend it to someone who wants to switch rubbers but feels a bit anxious about it. It's meant for the backhand. It's also fine to put it on the back side with a tacky rubber! But it doesn't seem to suit special materials.

  友達から借りてみました。（厚さ…中　ラケット…バタフライ　エクスターⅣ）まず軽くていいです。弾みも程よくコントロールがいいです。初めてラバーを替えたいけれど不安という方にお勧め。バック向けです。粘着ラバーの裏面にもＯＫ！しかし特殊素材には合わない気がします。

  Tatsudeko (Experience: ２〜３ years) Good fit for beginner-to-intermediate players

  

  It's easy to control and well balanced, so I think it's great for beginners to intermediate players.
  I use it for my wife, who's a beginner.
  Since the performance isn't skewed in any one direction, a well-balanced rubber like this is recommended for someone whose form isn't fixed yet.

  コントロールがしやすく、バランスがとれているので、初心者から中級者にはとても良いと思います。
  初級者の妻用として使用しています。
  性能が偏っていないので、フォームが定まっていないレベルの方にはバランスのとれているこういったラバーがオススメです。

  HORIZON (Experience: ２〜３ years) Firm sponge for aggressive smash power

  

  It's a fairly firm sponge. The control is good too, but the smash power is insanely strong. I use it more for attacking than for control. Of course, it's not lacking on defense either.

  結構固めのスポンジです。コントロール性もいいですが、スマッシュの力が半端じゃないほど強いです。コントロール型というより攻撃的な感じに使うことが多いです。勿論守備にも劣っていません。

  Yutchi@Cut A safe and reliable rise

  

  If the safe, reliable short-pips rubber is the Spectol, then TSP's flagship inverted rubber would be the Rise. These days it's become a completely beginner-oriented rubber. In this era dominated by spin-focused tension rubbers, I'd recommend it as a tool for building basic technique!

  表ソフトの安心安全のラバーがスペクトルだとするならばTSPの裏ソフトの代表的なラバーはライズですね。今は完全に初心者向けのラバーになっています。スピン系テンションラバー全盛の今、基本技術を身に付けるためのギアとしておすすめです！

  The Korbel Lovers Society (Experience: ４〜５ years)

  

  I think it's an excellent rubber to start with, no complaints. But even though it's a new high-tension rubber, compared to Mark V or Sriver, the grip on the ball is clearly weaker.

  最初に使うのには文句なしのラバーだと思います。しかし新しく出た高弾性なのにマークVや、スレイバーと比べ引っ掛かりは明らかに劣ってるように思います。

  Drive Panda (Experience: ２〜３ years) Perfect for beginners!

  

  I used this back when I was just starting to learn table tennis. It bounces well and puts a moderate amount of spin on the ball, so I'd recommend it more for players who lean toward smash-style drives, or people who just want to smash away.

  僕も卓球を学びたての頃これを使ってました。良く弾むし、適度に回転が掛るのでどちらかと言うとスマッシュよりのドライブを打つ人や、スマッシュをバンバン打ちたい人とかにお勧めです。
