Extreme power with extra spins in deadly aggression. Grippy top sheet accompanied by very hard Carbo Sponge and fully built-in speed-glue effect creates amazing power-spin performance. Maybe too hard for non-professionals to exploit the full capacity OMEGA IV ASIA provides the advantage to well trained players with higher swing speed. OMEGA IV ASIA stretches the ball from opponent's court very aggressively and low with extra spin. Extra precision and superb consistency from solid construction also benefit high-speed players.

This was the rubber I switched to the first time I ever changed rubbers. I put it on my forehand, and the first thing I noticed was that it felt hard. It's fast and spins well; for the short game, stops tend to float up and pushes tend to go long, while flicks and chiquitas come out fast. I'm good at serving myself, so I didn't feel any difficulty there, but when I asked a friend, they said it was hard to serve with. Drives arc a little, but they aren't consistent and tend to go out. Still, I think in terms of spin, speed, and power it ranks well above a lot of other rubbers. Smashes are easy to keep consistent, and since it's not much affected by spin, you can just crack away with smashes. On the backhand it had good speed and wasn't much affected by spin either, so it was easy to use there. But the power drops on the backhand, so its strengths didn't really come through, I felt.
Junior high schoolers who like a hard rubber, I'd recommend putting it on your forehand. High schoolers and up might find it a bit lacking. I think it would pair well with an inner-carbon blade or a 7-ply all-wood blade.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

It's really fast, but that comes at the cost of control, and blocking was tough too. I'd recommend it for players who attack a lot close to the table.

With a rubber hardness of 48.5, it feels harder overall compared to rival high-tension rubbers like Tenergy 05.
I think it's fair to say the topsheet is on the harder side and the sponge is a bit on the softer side.
For topspin drives, if you really grip the ball down into the sponge you get a lot of spin and power, but personally I found it hard to do sheet-grazing serves and short game stops.
Smashes and lobs are easier to control than you'd expect from a high-tension rubber, which left a good impression.Also, like XIOM rubbers in general, it lasts a long time.
I'd recommend it to students who want more of a hard feel than Tenergy 05 while keeping costs low.

It's just fast, period! Maybe even faster than Tenergy 64?
Because of that, it doesn't generate much spin, so I think it'd suit intermediate-and-up players who prefer a flatter, more direct drive.
Flicks over the table are easy to do, but my stops tended to pop up.All Speed Spin Control
