It's a rubber with decent speed and decent spin.
Both the sponge and the sheet are on the softer side.
Because of that, you can hit stable shots on light to medium-power strokes.
However, on hard hits I felt like the ball sinks in too much and you lose power.I think it suits players without a lot of power, and it also works well on the backhand side for forehand-dominant players.
It's also lightweight, so I'd recommend it to people who want to keep their blade light.All Speed Spin Control

I have it on a light blade, and there are spots where it lacks a bit of power, so I think you'd get a better-balanced, better shot by putting it on a heavier blade.
That said, control is extremely easy and I think anyone can handle it, so it's a rubber that suits people just starting out in table tennis, or for a side you're not confident with, or for players who like to move their opponent around during rallies.All Speed Spin Control

This is a review of it as a forehand rubber for a chopper.
Thickness is max thickness, color is black.
It's a soft rubber with excellent control.
For both chops and topspin drives, if you let the ball sink in and hit through it, you can send over a good shot.
Pushes and blocks are flawless too.

Overall, the balance between speed, spin, and control is great.
Your mistakes go down.
Especially for beginner to intermediate players, starting out with this rubber is a safe bet.
If you feel Tenergy has quirks and is hard to handle, try this rubber instead.
My kid went through a bunch of different rubbers, but in the end settled on this one.
And their careless mistakes went down, and they started winning!!

I used the black, max-thickness version on my forehand. The consistency on pushes and blocks is excellent. Topspin drives go in reliably too. However, it doesn't have much bounce on hard hits. When I tried it on my backhand instead, it felt just right. Ball-holding is good, and I stopped missing backhand drives and blocks. I felt like pushes didn't carry as far, though.
