It's soft. I put it on a fairly stiff blade, but it's still soft. The sheet shouldn't have changed, but... I can feel a loss of power. I think people with strong strokes who can put a lot of spin on the ball will find it hard to use. I'd recommend it for people without much power, or people who want to put spin on the ball easily.

Both the 48 and 45 in the GFT series have good performance, and I had high expectations, but it wasn't quite as much as I hoped. Control is definitely easy, but if that's the case the 45 works just as well! And as for spin, it definitely grips the ball. Like Tenergy, it grabs the ball automatically to some extent. However, the actual amount of spin is low, so people who were using Tenergy 05 and similar rubbers well will probably be left a bit unsatisfied - it's also too soft. Even when I tried to brush it thin, I couldn't get a clean spin on it (though this is probably my own lack of skill). I think people who like soft rubbers will find it really good, but since I normally use rubbers that are somewhat firm to firm, I ended up with this impression. If it matches someone's playing style, it might turn out to be the best rubber for them? (Since I couldn't handle it well myself, I honestly can't tell whether the underlying performance is actually good or not)

It just feels really soft, in a word. I put it on my backhand, but it was too soft and I couldn't do a chiquita with it. If you let smashes and drives sink into the sponge, you can get pretty decent speed. Blocking is easily affected by the opponent's spin, so I had to be careful with it. For my backhand rubber I prioritize speed, ease of blocking, and ease of doing chiquita, so I probably won't use this one again. If I were to use it, it'd be as a mid-distance, both-wings topspin drive type player. I think it's good for people who like soft rubbers.

It's very easy to lift backspin with this, and it grips the ball well too. Also, it's extremely stable in the short game. I'd recommend it for the backhand
