I'd recommend it as your second rubber.
It's easy to develop control with.

It has that solid feeling where the ball goes in as long as you just make contact, and it produces a decent amount of speed. As for spin, I think it'll take well as long as you've got a good feel for brushing the ball. It also has a long lifespan and is inexpensive, so I'd recommend it to beginners or people who are about to start playing table tennis.
On the other hand, it's a bit lacking in finishing power, so it might feel insufficient for intermediate to advanced players.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I used it on my backhand.
First off, I was surprised by how good the speed and control were!! And just like the title says, the value for money is great! You get speed even without much power behind it, so wouldn't this be a good recommendation for junior high schoolers?All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

This time I played with it on an Infinity all-wood blade, and it felt like it held the ball really well. Hard shots from away from the table also had good power, and since it doesn't bounce excessively, techniques like the chiquita in the short game were easy to do too—it was a very all-around rubber. On top of that, the fact that it's under 4,000 yen is a big deal.

This is a rubber for beginners! It's just really easy to use overall. It's super easy to get spin on the ball, though the actual amount of spin isn't anything amazing—but at this price, that's not a problem. If anything, the value for money is really high; it's the kind of price where you can just buy it on a whim to try it out, lol. Pushes and stops got easier since it's firmer now, and yet the power on hard shots actually beats the normal Fly Att! Compared to the normal Fly Att it does feel a bit harder to use overall, so I'd recommend it to people using the Fly Att who want to level up, or to beginners who want to try a firmer rubber!

I've got it on my backhand.
Maybe it's because I felt the Aruherugu had a short lifespan, but this one feels like it lasts longer.
And I think the value for money is really good.
For junior high schoolers and others who don't have much of a budget yet, the performance and lifespan are good enough that I'd say more than just recommend it—I'd say use this.
I think at first it'd be fine to use this on both forehand and backhand.On top of that, smashes close to the table land nicely too.
Nothing to complain about on control either!
It's worth insisting that this is good for beginners!

This was a rubber I used a lot a while back, since it felt easy to use. I don't think you should expect much spin from it. It's not like it has a ton of speed either, but it did have that easy-to-use quality! There's a sense of security that if you just swing, it'll go in. It's also easy to do the short game close to the table, blocks, and smashes. I'd recommend it to beginners who want to play close to the table. Also, I think people who find this rubber doesn't suit them are people who aren't good with hard rubbers. You'll get a feel for whether it suits you, so it might be worth trying. And it's cheap!
