I was surprised. Even though I'd heard it was an anti-spin rubber but tacky, it's crazy sticky. Honestly, it's tackier than a lot of dedicated tacky rubbers out there. My impression after using it: for an anti-spin rubber, it doesn't reverse the opponent's spin. Well, that makes sense since it's tacky... but that's not really a downside either, because it sends back these super-short, knuckly balls, which honestly might be even better than a normal reversal. If all you want is reversal, you can just use long pips anyway, lol
^^ To be precise, against the opponent's drive, the thin tacky topsheet combined with the thick sponge cancels out the spin. But it might be a bit weak against loop drives? Even though the sponge lets the ball sink in easily, against a loop drive you end up getting affected by the spin a bit too much. You'll need to adjust your racket angle for that. And best of all, you can drive on your own! Serves, chops, and chop-blocks are all perfect! I was like, what is this thing! This is insane! That said, for all of these you need to make thin contact to get spin on the ball — the exact opposite of a normal anti-spin rubber, where if you sink the ball in you get a knuckle ball instead of spin. On the flip side, that means you can mess with your opponent by mixing no-spin and spin balls. Great rubber.

I play Chinese penhold.
I use a spin-oriented short pips on my forehand and New Anti-Spin (medium) on my backhand. I play a style that mixes fast and slow attacks to move opponents around forward, back, left and right.
With a typical anti-spin rubber, you're supposed to brush the ball to preserve the opponent's spin, but this one has a soft sponge, so it's better to sink the ball into it a bit when you hit.
The topsheet is thin, but it has some tackiness to it, so if you try to chop, you can get some backspin on it.
If you push a backspin ball, you can get the typical anti-spin conversion into topspin, and if you brush it with your wrist, you can also produce a weak backspin.
For drives too, you can make them slightly topspin-heavy or turn them into knuckle drives — there's a lot you can do with technique.
My practice partner told me that this subtle difference throws off his judgment.
Against beginners you might not notice this subtle difference much, but stronger opponents really hate it.

The reviewer above says there's not much variation, but there's actually quite a bit. As for spin, even though it's a tacky rubber, rating it a 1 is way too low. The spin is weak, but it's roughly on par with Nittaku's Micro, maybe a slightly worn-in version of it (sorry, I'm not great at describing things). Control over the table is nearly perfect. A little further from the table, the ball loses speed dramatically, which can draw mistakes out of your opponent. You can still drive with it, so I'd recommend it for players who want to attack even if their receive isn't great. That said, depending on the player, the ball can come out quite slow, so I'd recommend this more for technique-based players than for those who like to power through.

My assessment after using it:
Spin: Not as much as a tension rubber, but it did spin more than I expected — that surprised me.
Speed: Slow... too slow...!
Control: Good, there's a reassuring feeling that if you swing, it goes in.
Value for money: Good, but easy to mess up with.
So there are big pros and big cons here. It pairs well with a fast rubber on the other side. The thicker it is, the slower it gets. The feel on the ball isn't great. I wish it were faster... It really only suits certain unorthodox-style players.
