Speed, spin, countering — it feels great. It's surprising, like "is this really my shot?" I've got it on a Viscaria, and it sinks into the sponge nicely, giving great control — I can make the ball go exactly where I want. In that sense, I found it easy to control.
The short game techniques bite well too, no problems there.
The real highlight is countering and blocking — just by stopping the ball, it comes back with real pace, so opponents end up late on their swing.

It's quite hard. If you hit it with a solid stroke, you get monster drives flying off. It's probably not very suited for elementary and middle schoolers, who tend to have relatively weak impact and slower swing speeds.

It felt really hard. Since you need a lot of impact for the power to transfer, I probably can't recommend it much to people who aren't good at generating spin...
That said, if you hit it properly, you can produce monster-powered shots. The speed rating is 10 or above.
If your current rubber isn't giving you enough power, or if you're someone who likes to swing hard with pure arm strength, I think it's worth trying at least once.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

A rubber that's excellent in both spin and speed.
It's 55 degrees, but you don't really feel the hardness that much since the ball sinks in well — it just feels slightly hard, that's all.
When you hit hard, you get better shots than with Dignics, and countering is easy too, so it's a rubber I'd recommend for power hitters.

I heard the hardness was 55 degrees, but it sinks in more than I expected.
It's easy to put spin on drives too — even lifting backspin balls works well, and speed drives are high quality, to the point where you can even hit through blocks. That said, personally I'd like a bit more spin on loop drives. For the backhand, I normally use 47.5 degrees, so this is too hard for me to use there. It might be fine for practice, but in a match you don't always swing with the same form every time, so you need to go in knowing that.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Yeah, this is just too hard for an outer ZLC blade lol
I think ALC or an inner-carbon blade would be about right.
That said, even with this combination I was able to put a lot of spin on the ball. The spin on serves and loop drives is more than enough. Also, since it has a fairly "manual" feel, it was easy to adjust between flicking, spinning, stopping, and driving the ball.
However, as mentioned above, since the blade is quite hard, it was hard to control against topspin unless I swung properly. I'm thinking of trying it with an ALC blade next time.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
