I switched over from Tenergy just to try it, and now I'm hooked on this one lol.
Every technique is easy to do. Both topspin rallies and short game shots were amazing in all kinds of ways (my vocabulary is failing me).
People say the arc is high, but the ball came out lower and sharper than I expected.
It kind of reminded me of the 80. Personally I use it on my backhand because it's so easy for short game techniques,
but I think it would work fine on the forehand too.

Currently using this on my backhand side. Control, spin, and speed are all excellent. It's great for topspin drives, chops, blocks, receives, serves, you name it. Recommended for intermediate players. I tried it as a step up from Vega Europe and it's really good with no real quirks. I think it's a rubber best suited to the backhand side. If you put this on the backhand, I'd recommend an attacking rubber like Xiom Zayer 03, Dignics, Jekyll & Hyde, or Fastarc G1 for the forehand. I personally use Fastarc G1. I'd love for all-around players to give this a try. It's also good for attacking choppers running inverted rubber on both sides. Recommended for anyone looking for a stable, European playing style.

I'm using this on my backhand side. The control and spin are amazing. I used to have Vega Europe on that side, and this feels like a leveled-up Vega Europe — a rubber with no real quirks that you get used to just as quickly. Topspin drives, chops, blocks, and pushes are all easy to do with it.
I'd recommend it to intermediate players. Pairing it with a 5-ply all-wood blade brings out even more of the Omega VII Europe's control and lets you play with a lot of stability. For the forehand, an attacking-oriented rubber like Fastarc, Dignics, or Tenergy would suit it well. Sorry for the long review.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Of course, you could say that's its character in itself.
It also holds its own in topspin rallies and works fine close to the table too.
For those who like a rubber with no real weaknesses.

I'd say this is one of the more manageable rubbers in the Omega line.
With this hardness and bounce, even if it doesn't produce tricky, unpredictable balls, I think you can play stable offense and defense with it.

This is just my personal, biased opinion.
I thought the performance wasn't that great for the price.
If you think of it as a beefed-up version of Vega Europe, I don't think that's quite right.Serve

This was easy to do on the forehand.
Don't expect too much on the backhand.Short game
It's hard to put backspin on the ball at all, and it just ends up being a ball that merely goes in.Away from the table

It's similar to Rasanter V47 in both hardness and how it flies, but V47 was easier to put spin on.Summary

I don't think this rubber is worth paying 7000 yen for.
If anything, I think Vega Europe is cheaper and higher performance — for Vega Europe, 7000 yen would be worth it.
If you're torn between German-style rubbers, I'd recommend Rasanter V47.
For people who want Tenergy but can't afford it because it's too expensive,

It's high performance, well balanced, and soft, so it seems like a good fit for the backhand. I actually did put it on my backhand, but the ball sometimes dropped and it wasn't very stable. Maybe it's because of how I'm making contact, but hitting against backspin sends the ball on a straight trajectory that digs deep into the opponent's court. For counters, since I normally use a hard rubber on my backhand, it had been a while since I used a soft one — the ball sinks in nicely, and it was surprisingly easy to do, but when I try to return a high-quality ball, I sometimes lose out on the spin exchange.
