The Hybrid K1J I was using before started feeling too heavy for me, so this is a review of the Blue Grip V1, the other rubber I was considering.
Here's a comparison.
Tackiness, spin: V1≥K1J
Ball speed, distance: K1J>V1
Weight: K1J>V1
Ease of use: about the same
I think it comes down to preference between K1J and V1. If you want something closer to a tacky rubber, go with V1; if you prefer more of a tension feel, go with K1J.
I'm going with V1 for the lighter weight — it's about 4g lighter. The maker's description calls V1 "strong tack," but compared to Chinese tacky rubbers it's more like a slight tack. Either rubber is best suited to intermediate players and above who have some technique, swing speed, and power.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

This rubber feels a bit like a tacky rubber with booster applied.
You get those nasty tacky-style balls,
but it also bounces well, so I think it's plenty usable even if you're switching over from tension rubber.
Also, the sound it makes when you hit the ball feels amazing, so it's fun to play with!
The ball comes up well even from a low position,
and hitting against backspin feels easy too, which I liked!
The only downside is that when you want to hit flat or smash, being tacky it's a bit slow and loses power.
But for every other technique, it held up just as well!

I found a rubber I'd had my eye on for a while at my usual table tennis shop, so I picked it up.
Here's how it compares to the Bluestorm Z1 I was using before.Control
Z1>V1
V1 is a bit harder, so it's slightly less controllable than Z1.
Speed
Z1>V1
Being a tacky rubber, V1 is a little harder to get speed out of.
Spin (serve)
V1>Z1
V1 grips the ball more, so it bites really well.
Spin (topspin drive)
Depends
V1 for a grazing stroke, Z1 for really sinking the ball in.
Chop
V1>Z1
V1 gets more spin and is easier to chop with. (It doesn't bounce as much as Z1, either.)All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
