I was looking for a replacement for the discontinued Innova and came across this rubber, so I bought it. I've got it on the forehand of my andro Super Cell II Off+.
The feel on contact is exactly what you'd expect from a high-elasticity rubber. It's a lot like Mark V or Sriver. The published sponge hardness is 47.5, but in practice it felt a bit softer than that — maybe around 45 by feel.
For its hardness, it's easy to put spin on, and you can really feel the sheet's pips "grabbing" on drives, serves, pushes, stops, and chops. There's a satisfying feeling of the pips flexing and snapping back on contact.
Being a high-elasticity rubber, it obviously doesn't have the kind of distance a tension rubber gives you. It flies fine as long as you're swinging freely, but it gets tough once you back away from the table.
Speed is there too, as long as you swing, but you need to aim for a genuinely tough angle to win the point outright with one shot.
That said, the control on this rubber is good, so it's easy to hit your spots. If you wait deep and patient for the ball, you can pick out open angles. It's easy to control not just left and right, but also short and deep.
This seems well suited to players who score through changes of spin and placement, rather than trying to blow the point open with one powerful shot.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I borrowed this from a friend who had it on his chopping blade.
My first impression of this rubber was "stability + power."If you really brush the ball on your topspin drive, you get a nice arcing shot, though it's not that fast. Still, the ball comes out heavy, on par with tension rubbers.
It also has a ball-holding quality that other tension rubbers don't have, which gave me confidence even in long rallies.
On top of that, this rubber's power tends to scale directly with how hard you hit it, so if you've got the strength, counters from away from the table are easy too.
Forehand chops were very easy to control and felt great.
As for downsides, I felt it wears out a bit faster than rubbers in the same price range (my buddy mentioned this too), and it's a little on the hard side.
Ideally you might want to move up to a slightly pricier rubber (maybe that's why there aren't many reviews of this one?), but if stability is your priority, I think this is worth having as an option.
