If you're not sure what to get, this is a safe bet.
I've been using the 1.9 on my forehand since launch month.
The feel on topspin drives is really good, it feels like your own power goes straight into the ball.
Even against backspin, if you swing through properly you get a good shot.
For blocks and counters, it works best if you swing in a way that just sends the opponent's own power right back at them.
The short game is so-so.

This is my comment after using the black 2.0mm on my forehand for over six months. Overall it's well balanced and a rubber I'd recommend to a wide range of players.
It's marketed as a speed-type rubber, but it gets a surprising amount of spin too. Honestly this could just be called a spin-type rubber lol (don't hit me)
...but seriously. Brushed drives get a lot of spin on them. As long as loops go in shallow, skimming the net, you won't get countered unless your opponent is way above your level!
Speed drives are also flawless. Depending on the blade you're using it might feel a touch slow, but if you pull it off well, you can punch right through.
The short game is flawless too. Pushes never floated up on me. Stops stick like crazy. Flicks felt like they lean toward stability, I thought (though that might just be my own lack of skill).
There's one thing that bothered me while using this rubber. Like other people have written, it chips very easily. I've heard that in some tournaments, if your rubber has a chip in it, you're disqualified...Sorry for the long post. I'd recommend this to anyone who's unsure which rubber to pick.

I test-hit this on a chopper's blade.
Forehand only.
The drive is a pretty ordinary drive. It made a decent arc.
For hitting against backspin, brushing the ball works better than hitting it hard, and you get a good shot.

Drives come out with above-average spin and speed.
It also has decent power.
Pushes are pretty easy too, and when you want to add spin you can really put it on.
Blocks also felt like they landed on the table on their own.
One thing to watch out for though - it's quite heavy.

This was the blade I used when I first tried a special material blade. When hitting lightly, it has a wood-like stability, and when hitting hard, the ALC inside seems to kick in and land powerful shots.
It doesn't bounce as much as other blades, so it's easy to control for the short game, but in rallies you have to swing a bit bigger, which is tiring.
Also, one thing that bothered me: when I put a hard, speed-oriented rubber on my forehand, I didn't get any sense of the ball being held during drives, it felt slippery and was hard to handle.
Also, the feel is kind of a mystery lol
It's like it's soft yet hard at the same time.
I hear the sound is loud too.
The rubbers that felt good on this blade are listed below among the rubbers I used.
It goes well with spin-oriented rubbers.
