It says "tension" on the label, but it's actually tacky.
That said, it bounces far more than something like Hurricane.
Personally though, I felt kind of lukewarm about it.
It's not suited to the forehand of a power player.

Even people who aren't great at generating spin themselves can get spin with this.
It puts more spin on the ball than Rozena or Factive.

The (Experience: １１〜２０ years) A rubber I want beginners to try

I'm a Hurricane user. The topsheet doesn't actually feel tacky to the touch — it's a tacky-type inverted rubber more like Tackifire. That said, since it's clearly designed with plastic balls in mind, it bounces well compared to other non-tension tacky rubbers. It might not rank high within the tacky category, but I think it's a well-balanced rubber.
My impression after hitting with it is that it's a rubber that fulfills beginner wishes like "I want to keep my serves and receives short" or "I want a higher arc to stabilize my whole game."
On the other hand, I didn't feel it added much extra for early-to-intermediate players who can already generate their own spin and speed.
These days, starting table tennis early has become almost mandatory, and the advantage of having more time is gone, so the quality of practice you get in within limited time makes a huge difference to your future in the sport.
If this rubber can give someone one of the sparks that helps them move forward, I think it's a genuinely valuable product.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Using red, max thickness on the backhand of an inner-carbon blade.
■ Overall
— Good for beginner/intermediate players who rely a lot on pushes and don't swing their backhand much from mid-to-far distance, or for those looking for variation on the backhand. Not for everyone, but the people who like it will really like it.
■ Drive
— If you grab the ball and try to send it forward, you get a fairly straight, fast ball. Hitting thick doesn't seem to generate much spin. On the other hand, brushing thin with a loop swing does put spin on it. From mid-to-far distance the bounce isn't quite enough, so it's a bit lacking.
■ Meet hit / Smash
— Since it's on the harder side, a small snapping hit worked well. Since spin comes purely from the sheet, meet hits tend to produce tricky, wobbly balls that seem hard for the opponent to read. This might suit players who finish points with meet hits more than drives.
■ Push
— Really easy to use. Unless you really sink the ball in, it barely flies, so it's easy to vary the strength of spin and add sidespin, letting you produce a push that really digs in.
■ Block
— You have to get the angle just right, but chop-blocks are easy and easy to vary too.
■ Serve
— I found the V11 I use on my forehand easier to put spin on. That's not to say this one has no spin at all — with the same swing it produces a different trajectory than a tension rubber, so it's interesting if you use them situationally.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Using this on my forehand with medium sponge thickness.
(1) Serves have great spin, no question
(2) Drives are easy, and so are chiquitas
(3) Even meet hits generate spin

The tackiness is maybe medium-low.
The bounce felt about average, and it doesn't fly very far.
For drive-type techniques, brushing gives a decent ball. Trying to sink the ball in was too hard for my arm since the topsheet is firm.
Pushes are easy, and you get a sharp shot. It's a kind of ball you don't get from recent tension rubbers, so I think it can be a real weapon.
Smash-type shots fly a moderate amount, making them far easier than with a tacky rubber like Hurricane. It also produces unpredictable, wobbly balls, which I think would be devastating against junior/high-school-level opponents.
As for blocking, since it doesn't bounce much, it feels easy and stable.
I'd say the recommended level is beginner to intermediate.
Also, it might be more interesting on the backhand than the forehand. I think it's a rubber that's really easy to use and good for players who build their game around pushes and blocks.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Speed and topspin feel a bit lacking compared to G-1, but stops and flicks are really easy to do.
