    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
A high-level rubber featuring exceptional speed and spin performance despite its 51.5-degree hardness, offering flexible playability. Success depends on proper racket selection and technique, rewarding skilled users with elite-level performance, though mastery requires advanced skills.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Outstanding speed performance with linear ball trajectory
    • Strong sheet grip with excellent spin generation
    • Softer feel than hardness rating suggests with good ball contact
    • Racket material compatibility is critical for performance
    • Advanced players needed; inconsistent strikes lose effectiveness
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveSpeed performance is exceptional with playability that rivals Dignics. Counter attacks feel particularly satisfying, delivering premium performance that exceeds the price point.
▽ CriticalDespite 51.5-degree hardness rating, the rubber feels softer than expected due to soft topsheet, causing significant variations in feel depending on racket material, making it difficult to use with hard blades like Viscaria.

      I'm a chopper.
I put it on my forehand. Since I switched over from tacky rubber, it flies quite a lot. Attacking is more than fine, but forehand chops and pushes tend to go pretty deep. If you put too much force in, you'll overshoot.

no name (Experience: 4〜5 years) Best performance

      Reviews by user

      Bought the max-thickness version (53g)
      Comparing to DNA Platinum XH
      Forehand
      - Against topspin... about the same level
      - Against backspin... a bit lacking in spin and lift
      - Counters... faster than DNA Platinum XH and easier to do
      - Short game... stops, pushes, flicks all at a high level
      - Serves... spin is about the same, but it doesn't feel like you're cutting the ball

      Backhand
      - Against topspin... about the same level
      - Against backspin... less spin than DNA Platinum XH, but has speed
Also easier to lift than on the forehand
      - Counters... super fast
      - Short game... unbeatable at a high level, chiquitas come out nasty when you get good bite on the ball

Overall, it has less spin than DNA Platinum XH, but more speed.
On the forehand, backspin balls are a bit lacking, but everything else is good.
On the backhand, I'd recommend it over DNA Platinum XH as it's easier to use.
The hardness is 51.5, but it's not that hard.
Performance-wise, I'd put it somewhere between Dignics 64 and 80.
Given the price too, I think this is a rubber worth buying at least once.

Morumofu (Experience: 4〜5 years) Takes the best parts of Tenergy and others

      Reviews by user

It feels more manual than Tenergy, and yet the ceiling is high, so I thought it takes the best of both automatic and manual rubbers. I think it pairs well with an inner-fiber blade or an all-wood blade.

    • Ima Tada

Ima Tada (Experience: 11〜20 years) Suited for forehand

      Reviews by user

I used the thick version on the backhand of a penhold pips-out racket. This is a switch over from MX-P50 MAX. The MX-D is easier to put spin on using just the sheet, and it was especially easy to add spin on serves where it's hard to generate impact. Even the thick version drew a nice arc, and I felt like I could do anything with it, whether flat hitting or driving. That said, with flat hits, the sheet grips so well that it bites into the ball on its own, and I got the impression it's easily affected by the opponent's spin. The sheet's grip is good enough that you can feel it tugging with your hand, so it's a bit demanding to use, and I'd say it leans more toward suiting the forehand.

I switched over from Tenergy 05. The power is amazing. But I wanted a bit more speed. Close to the table this is an incredibly good rubber, and I'll keep using it.

Looking for a bride (rubber) (Experience: 6〜10 years) If I married, I'd want a woman like this

      Reviews by user

My current wife (rubber) is Fastarc G1 (extra thick). When she wears a soft 7-ply blade, the spin and speed are both average across the board. Being insensitive to spin and easy to handle is her strong point, but on counters she's a klutz who chips the ball and drops it under the bed (the net). Compared to her more accomplished friends (Dignics, Tenergy), she comes up short. So I decided to have an affair. The girl I met on Tinder (Takutsu) was named MX-D (1.9mm)-chan. Her fashion sense (the spin/speed/power printed on the sheet) is the worst, but everything else beat my current wife (G1) across the board. It's fine to talk about my wife around her (the swing form is the same as with G1). Drives hit with a grazing motion have plenty of power, and using my forearm gives a roaring piston (drive) motion. When I thrust up from below (looping backspin), the spin is outstanding and the ball crawls along the bed (the net). Of course, she's not the klutz who drops it under the bed. I think her outfit (the blade) suits her well too. If I'd dressed her in flashy clothes (an outer-fiber blade), I probably wouldn't have found her attractive (I don't like the flying-off-the-blade type). And yet she's not moody like Dignics 05 (I can't handle that one - I've been dumped by it). I don't feel any hardness, and the control is better than my current wife. Once you've done it (hit with her) once, she's unforgettable. I've decided to file for divorce.

      Monotaro (Experience: 2〜3 years)

      Reviews by user

Everyone said the sponge is hard, but it really wasn't like that at all - even hitting from far back, the ball flew deep to the far end of the table. Chops were also easy to do. I thought it was better than Tenergy 05. However, the lifespan was short.
