I have this on a Defensive Pro blade.
Chopping with the Irius S is very stable.Against a slow topspin drive, it's hard to get spin on the ball unless you speed up your swing. Against a fast, spinny topspin drive, if you cut it with a sharp "clack," it reverses the spin and the ball skims cleanly into the opponent's court.
Pushes are difficult.
For the backhand, a short, snappy swing gives you a flat, straight trajectory. The control is good too.
I think this was made for intermediate-and-above choppers.
