      This is a comment about the 1.8 thickness on my forehand. First off, flat forehand hitting is a bit rough at first, but no problem once you get used to it! Pushes come out sharp with a lot of bite! Stops come out short without floating! Against topspin, the sponge is hard but grips the ball incredibly well, so it's extremely stable and gives plenty of both power and speed. The sound is super crisp and it really gets you pumped! Against backspin, loop drives go up easily and get solid spin, so no problem there! Speed drives feel like they fly a bit too much… but I think it's fine once you get used to it. Counters land really easily. Serving feels a bit tricky… (might just be a technique issue…)
      Even at 1.8, the rubber itself is hard, so you still get solid power. But the grip is so good that if you let the ball sink in too much, it flies off the table. Overall I can recommend it to everyone, but the people I'd especially recommend it to are those who go for broke and aim to score, who aren't afraid of making their own mistakes.

      For how hard it is, there's no technique that feels awkward with it
      For how fast it is, there's a reassuring sense that the ball stays on the table
      The feel on contact is on the hard side, but for people who can live with that, I think it's a good rubber

      The hardness is rated 52.5 degrees, but the feel on contact doesn't feel like 52.5 at all. Also, it's a rubber that sends the ball up quite a bit, and I personally like that feel on contact. The amount of spin is decent, I'd say. That said, serving was a little difficult for me personally - probably just my technique though, lol. It's rated 52.5 degrees, but I think it's a rubber that's easy for anyone to use. I don't think you'll lose anything by trying it, so why not give it a shot?

      My impression is that it bounces more and gets more spin than the V15. From trying it out, it's a fantastic rubber, but whether it sells will come down to the price.
