Compared to normal Xianglong, I feel like the grip on the ball has gone up. But without a strong impact you can't get it to fly, so I was reminded that yeah, this is definitely a tacky rubber.

I use this on my forehand.
The spin is so insane it's enough to send the ball flying way past the table.
It's fast too — such a great rubber that my opponents were visibly shaken by it.

Felt similar to Provincial Hurricane to me.
Drives against backspin take more effort than with Hurricane 1, but the ball still comes out well.

My impression is that this is like a Provincial Bluestorm that's become easier to handle and bouncier.
The variation and spin you can put on your opponent are a bit weaker, but the feel when hitting is similar to tacky rubbers like Provincial Bluestorm, and it still grips spin. Speed is decent too. To be specific about what makes it "easy to handle" — it bites and sinks into the ball easily.
The ball's trajectory has that characteristic high arc you get with Xianglong, and the ball tends to climb as you hit it.
The downside is that if you loop without really biting the ball, just brushing the surface, the ball doesn't climb much, so it takes some getting used to. Also, if you hit with impact alone, it drops even more than with Hurricane.
If you hit at the angle that suits Xianglong and really sink the ball in, it climbs, bounces, and grips spin, producing a good ball. Even against backspin, hitting it firmly like this makes the ball climb, and I could hit speed drives even off low balls. It also produced good balls with a smaller, more forward-driven swing than something like Hurricane.
Overall, it's similar to Provincial Bluestorm but easier to handle, has bounce, and it's a good rubber once you find the hitting style that suits Xianglong.
I'd recommend it to people who find tension-tacky rubbers lacking in tackiness, or people who are finding traditional (non-tension) tacky rubber too much hassle to maintain.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
