The speed is decent. The spin is good too, but on serves I couldn't get enough spin to make the return unreturnable. So I don't think there's much tack to it. On doubles receives, I could return with a fast topspin drive.
I felt it suits all-round players well. As I mentioned, it might be tough for players who rely on heavy spin on their serves to win points.
Also, since it has a lot of bounce, I think control takes a fair amount of practice to master.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Good spin, nice ball-holding feel, and it flies at a moderate speed. I used it on my forehand, but it felt a bit heavy for me. I'm not good at writing long reviews, but let me just say this: great rubber~

This one flies a lot and grabs spin well. Against topspin balls, I had to close my racket angle quite a bit, or I'd send it long over and over. It made me wonder just how far the ball would fly if I put it on an even bouncier blade.
That said, the extra bounce doesn't last long — after about a month it settled down quite a bit. Since the A3 has the softest sponge in its lineup, that might be part of the reason. Because it's slightly tacky, the spin doesn't drop off at all, so it actually became easier to use once it had settled down.
The trajectory flies fairly straight, so I think it's worth considering, for example, if you want a bit more of that satisfying feeling of really hitting the ball compared to 09C. It was a good rubber for the price.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
