The Battle of Minoshima! Somewhere between semi-tacky and tension?

It's supposed to be a tacky tension rubber, but I couldn't really make the most of it myself.
The reasons are that the tackiness wasn't as strong as I expected, and since I'm used to tension rubbers, the bounce felt lacking.
If you're going to buy a tacky tension rubber, I'd suggest either going with a different one, or treating this one purely as a stepping stone.
